Hahn’s bacon has been called "the best bacon we’ve ever tasted." That’s because we "dry cure" our bacon. No water added means you are buying all meat, not bacon that has been pumped with water. You will be serving more meat with a much fuller flavor.
We use only premium pork bellies. Then smoke them with hickory wood, often called "the king of smoking woods" which produces a sweet, hearty taste.
